DecoArt Modeling Paste is a textural paste that can be used to build up three dimensional designs or create textured finishes on hard craft surfaces. It dries to a firm, yet flexible finish that won't crack or peel.
Simply apply with a palette knife or texture tool. The white paste can be mixed with paint or over painted once dry. This is an air-drying product that only requires soap and water cleanup.
