Britney Spears is Sewing’s Latest Fan

As sewing cafés continue to pop up all over the country, the craft has claimed its next fan, in the form of pop superstar Britney Spears.
The 29-year-old singer has been taking sewing lessons from her wardrobe team while on the European leg of her Femme Fatale tour.
The scarlet, who played two shows in Sweden earlier this month and kicks off her string of UK dates this week, swapped her microphone for a sewing machine and has been using her time backstage to perfect her sewing skills.
She has been taking time out from rehearsals to practise her stitching skills and posted a picture of himself hard at work learning the crafty skill on her Twitter page last week.
Along with the snap she wrote: 'Sewing lessons in Sweden from the wardrobe team! Sweetest ladies.'
As a singing icon to thousands of young people and the latest in a line of A-list celebrities to try their hand at a new craft hobby, Britney is bound to inspire more people to have a go at sewing.
