This month sees the return of the highly prestigious Craft Business Awards – one of the most talked- about, highly-anticipated events of the year.
Offering companies the opportunity to reward the individuals, enterprises and websites that have really made a difference to their businesses, the awards are the perfect chance to pay tribute to the people who have really gone the extra mile this year. Voted for entirely by the trade, the project is now in its third year, and set to be bigger than ever.
“In what has been a really difficult year for everyone, the awards provide an opportunity for us to take a step back and appeciate all the effort and hard work that goes into making our industry thrive,” says Elizabeth Sharp, editor of Craft Business. “This year, more than ever, we're expecting to see a great response, enabling us to build on the reputation that the awards have established over the past three years.”
She adds, “The most exciting thing about these awards is the fact that they are truly for the trade, with every vote serving as recognition of those who make our sector stand out above the rest.”
Colin Ells, director at Creative Beadcraft Ltd, which won the beading and jewellery category last year, adds, “We were absolutely thrilled. It is very rewarding to know that our customers appreciate our wide range of goods and the personal service we offer. It is obviously very important to keep in touch with customer requirements and this endorsement from Craft Business readers is very much valued.”
Categories include everything from the best website, innovation and book publisher, to the top manufacturer, retailer and wholesaler.
To participate in this year's awards, click the link and nominate in the categories most relevant to your business. Voting is open until Friday 18th December and will be announced in our January/February issue.
