The CHA expands its educational offering for the 2007 Winter Convention and Trade Show
This year's event, to be held in Anaheim from 27th to 30th January, will be increasing the educational offering. This programme will now offer an unprecedented line up of seminars, demonstrations and hands-on product workshops for all skill levels.
“Education and innovation are a vital parts of our convention,“ says Sandy Ghezzi from the CHA. “Each year we design a unique programme with top level speakers and learning exhibits to present business building ideas and trends impacting our industry. This year promises to entertain, inspire and provide the tools and tactics needed in today's market.”

There will be over 100 hands-on workshops that aim to highlight the hottest new products and the latest trends. Among them will be a wide range of scrapbooking/memory craft classes, as well as extended 'mega workshops' to showcase the latest techniques and breaking trends.
The programme will also outline tools and tactics to attract and serve the growing Hispanic market, featuring a session for manufacturers on designing products for this sector.
Back by popular demand, the 'CHA Smart Store 2' – a 3500 square foot model of a scrapbook retail shop – will have over 200 modifications and improvements including daily merchandising changes and live demonstrations. The CHA theatre will host product presentations and provide 100 participants with the opportunity to learn tips and tools to improve operations.

In addition, there will also be a number of networking events encouraging attendees to meet with retail peers, manufacturers and industry experts.
