One of the country's best-loved celebrity chefs has recently brought crafting back into the limelight, with the launch of his very own limited edition knitting kit.
Jamie Oliver – who is perhaps best known for his stint on The Naked Chef, as well as a stream of other Channel 4 TV shows – will be selling the kits in his restaurant, Fifteen, as part of a new scheme to raise money for his charity, Fifteen Foundation.
The restaurant – which breeds its own sheep for meat – will be working alongside the Natural Fibre Company to spin and dye a selection of high-quality yarn and will offer kits in a number of different colours, including brown, pink, grey and purple.
The project is set to propel knitting into the spotlight once again and has already attracted media coverage in some of the UK's most popular publications, including The Guardian.
